Over the past five years, Ukraine has significantly improved the business environment for foreign investors wishing to invest in the development of the country's economy. A positive view of the transit geographic location of the state notes an increase in the interest of foreign citizens in investing in Ukraine - the country is located at the crossroads of major trade routes in Asia and Europe, has international sea exits, navigable rivers, developed cultural and business centers. The opening of representative offices of non-residents and the purchase of real estate in Ukraine, according to USUBC President Morgan Williams, in 2019, received prospects for increasing the inflow of foreign investment in the next few years. In the first three months of 2019 alone, the growth of foreign capital amounted to 45.5 million US dollars,

and legislative innovations to combat corruption and bureaucracy create favorable conditions for doing business in the Ukrainian territory.

At the same time, the Ukrainian government declares its intentions to gradually improve the atmosphere for foreign business in order to increase the country's attractiveness in the eyes of potential investors. So, at the end of 2018, the NBU, together with the International Central Securities Depository of Clearstream, with the assistance of the Deutsche Börse group, developed a scheme for non-residents to access state-owned securities. The IT sector, agro-industrial complex, brains and grains also remain effective niches for running a profitable business.
